The overall score for the level of implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in its dimensions: senior management’s commitment to TQM, focus on operations, continuous improvement, and customer focus at these institutes was high. The overall score for the level of effectiveness and efficiency of institutional performance was also high. The study recommended that technical education and vocational training institutions at industrial technical institutes pay significant attention to raising the level of quality management, given the influential role of Total Quality Management in improving institutional performance. It also recommended supporting senior management and its commitment to implementing TQM principles, and providing modern technologies that are compatible with contemporary changes to contribute to enhancing the capabilities of employees and ensuring the provision of the required quality to beneficiaries.
