Plural nouns in Arabic: A linguistic study with a new perspective

Abstract

This paper studies the plural name in Arabic from a different and new angle other than the traditional methods. It studies the  name comprehensively .

This paper starts with introduction in which  the researcher explain the objectives of this paper . then he explains the limit of plural name,  the differences between the plural name and plurality, and the differences between plural name and gender name.

This paper discusses three points:

• Plural names which have original morphological signs
• Plural names which have secondary morphological signs. This kind is afew in number, but have lot of details
• Plural names which have constructed morphological signs. It has lot of details
