It uses descriptive and analytical methods by examining and interpreting each verse and linking it to the objectives of Islamic law. The research consists of three sections. The first explains the linguistic and terminological meanings of Qur’anic objectives, their types, and their importance. The second introduces Surat Al-Qadr, including its virtues, name, place of revelation, number of verses, major themes, relationship to the surrounding surahs, reasons for revelation, and overall meaning. The third section analyzes the verses to extract their doctrinal, devotional, temporal, and cosmic objectives and their influence on human behavior. The study concludes that, despite its brevity, Surat Al-Qadr contains profound objectives that emphasize the greatness of divine revelation and the significance of blessed times. It confirms that the revelation of the Holy Qur’an on Laylat al-Qadr is the central objective of the surah, highlighting the honor of the Qur’an and the greatness of Allah’s message. The surah also magnifies the status of Laylat al-Qadr, which is better than one thousand months, and promotes educational, moral, and spiritual values that encourage Muslims to honor religious rites and devote themselves to worship.
